Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:
- In the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Damaged upon arrival.
- In a non-working state.
- Product never arrived (EbikeTempo will verify).
These conditions ensure that your return request aligns with our guidelines. Customer must notify within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@ebiketempo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To complete your return, contact our Customer Support Staff at support@ebiketempo.com within 30 days of delivery.
*Please note that all returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which depends on the supplier and brand from which the product was purchased.
*Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds take up to 3 business days to process.Â
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ebiketempo.com.
